Mr. Loney brings experience as both a banker and a bank examiner to his position as President and Chief Executive Officer at First Bank. A graduate of Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Mr. Loney was named Examiner of the Year by the New Jersey Department of Banking.
He has contributed to the success of many area banks, most recently Crown Bank in Brick, New Jersey, where he has served as a Director since 2005, and Atlantic Central Bankers Bank in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where he served as a Consultant. In January 2006, Mr. Loney joined the First Bank team as a Consultant, and in April 2007, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the community bank.
Mr. Loney is a member of the Lions Club of Williamstown and has served as the treasurer of a new church construction fund and as a member of the Shrewsbury Kiwanis, the Hamilton Optimist Club, the Boy Scouts of America Council, and various committees of the New Jersey Bankers Association.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Bank, Patrick L. Ryan directly manages several areas of the bank, including strategy, operations, marketing and human resources. He also works with the Executive Management Team to manage the bank’s Finance, Information Technology, Retail Administration, and Lending Departments.
Mr. Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, a minor in Economics, the Government Department prize, and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Dartmouth University’s Tuck School of Business. A Tuck Scholar, he graduated with Distinction.
Mr. Ryan served as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, a Management Consultant for Bain and Company in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Senior Executive at Yardville National Bank prior to joining First Bank.

Stephen F. Carman brings more than 30 years of banking experience to First Bank. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he prepares earnings and other financial reports, handles regulatory reporting, manages and analyzes the bank’s investment portfolio, maintains the bank’s accounting system and general ledger and prepares the bank’s annual budget and financial plan.
Mr. Carman began his career in banking at Yardville National Bank in 1979. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility until December of 1992, when he became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Carman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Rider University in Lawrence, New Jersey, and has completed coursework at the National School of Bank Investments. He resides in Ewing, New Jersey.

Senior Loan Officer David Hutchinson served for seven years as a Commercial Lender and Vice President at TD Banknorth, N.A., where he was recognized as a top new business producer from 2001 through 2005. Prior to joining TD Banknorth, Mr. Hutchinson held various commercial lending positions with Summit Bank (now Bank of America) and First Union National Bank (now Wachovia Bank).
Mr. Hutchinson has been a member of the Board of Directors of the South Jersey Bankers Association since 2002 and the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the Risk Management Association since 1993. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation from 2000 through 2007. A resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Mr. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Senior Vice President Frank Durand, III, brings over three decades of banking experience to First Bank. He puts that experience to work managing the bank’s retail banking, government banking, facilities management and security operations. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Durand was employed at Yardville National Bank for 38 years, most recently as First Senior Vice President/Bank Administrator.
Mr. Durand is a former Board member of the South Jersey Bankers Association, the New Jersey Bankers Association Bank Security Committee, the Hamilton Education Foundation, and the New Jersey State Safe Deposit Association. A resident of Hamilton Square, New Jersey, he served in the New Jersey National Guard from 1969 through 1975.

Kenneth C. Dragos brings over three decades of Information Technology experience to First Bank. As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for establishing Information Technology strategy and direction, information security and integrity policies and procedures and day-to-day management of the Information Technology infrastructure. Prior to joining First Bank, Mr. Dragos ran a successful IT consulting business and held various senior management positions for companies such as IKON, Aetna, US Healthcare and Unisys. His accomplishments include successful corporate initiatives in banking platform integration, enterprise risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and large scale document imaging systems.
A resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Mr. Dragos is a former Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of ScanOptics Users Group and a licensed private pilot. He holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Susan Valentino-Paglione has more than three decades of banking experience, having served in Retail Administration and Business Banking for Yardville National Bank for 36 years. Prior to joining the First Bank team as a Business Development Officer, she worked in PNC Bank’s Business Banking department for one year.
A member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, Susan studied banking at Mercer County Community College and has taken additional coursework in retail banking and lending.

As Vice President of the Williamstown branch, Elizabeth “Betsy” Camishion oversees the Bank Secrecy Act, all compliance issues, staff management and security operations. Ms. Camishion has more than 22 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining the First Bank team, she held the position of Assistant Vice President/Business Development Sales Manager at TD Banknorth, N.A., where she directed growth and sales levels while leading several branches.

First Bank Vice President Vincent Ditta has worked in the banking industry since 1974, having served as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Summit Bank, Provident Savings Bank, and, most recently, Yardville National Bank. At Yardville National Bank, he managed a diverse loan portfolio that was expanded from $14 million to over $100 million by broadening existing relationships and bringing in new customers.
A resident of Cranford, New Jersey, Mr. Ditta is a Past President of the Hoboken Rotary Club. He attended Salem College in Salem, West Virginia.

As Vice President of Business Development for First Bank, Janet Flannery is responsible for developing new relationships and bringing in new retail and commercial accounts. She brings many years of experience to this position, having served as Vice President of Business Development for both Hopewell Valley Community Bank and Yardville National Bank.
A resident of Burlington, New Jersey, Ms. Flannery was the first woman President of the Ewing Kiwanis and is Co-Chair of the Ewing Chapter of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Board of Directors for Titusville Academy and for the Visiting Home Nurses of Mercer County.

As the Vice President for Commercial Lending at First Bank, David J. DiStefano is responsible for the management, administration and development of a multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolio. Mr. DiStefano served as Assistant Vice President/Business Advisor for Yardville National Bank, and subsequently PNC Bank from August 2004 through April 2008. Prior to joining the First Bank team, he served as a Consultant for Community Commercial Bank in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Mr. DiStefano earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin and Marshall College, where he majored in Accounting and Finance and minored in Economics. He received a Masters of Business Administration from Rider University, where he earned the William H. Hager Prize for the highest achievement in the field of marketing, merchandising and related business areas. In addition, he has completed numerous external training programs in topics such as commercial lending, real estate, construction, and business and management risks.
A licensed real estate salesperson since 2002, Mr. DiStefano is a member of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, the Young Business Leaders Council, and the National Association of Realtors. He volunteers for various community organizations, including the Hamilton Township Republican Committee, the American Cancer Society, and Riding High Farms.

Sharon Unger, Assistant Branch Manager for First Bank’s Lawrence Branch, is responsible for developing customer relationships, as well as opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. She began her career in banking at Midlantic National Bank/PNC in 1988, and after serving as a Bank Officer and member of Branch Management for 11 years, Ms. Unger joined Yardville National Bank, where she served as a Bank Officer and member of Branch Management until January of 2009. A veteran of the United States Army, Ms. Unger is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, where she serves on the Special Children and Veterans Committees.
