First Bank enables users to access Online Banking via First Bank’s Online Banking App. In addition to mobile access, users can now take advantage of our Mobile Deposit feature. This feature allows the user to employ a mobile enabled device to capture images for deposits.

With On Call, First Bank’s telephone banking service, you can use any touch-tone telephone to access up-to-date information about any of your First Bank accounts. You can also transfer money between many of your accounts and obtain current information about available deposit accounts and consumer loan services, all by telephone. Fast, safe, simple and convenient, On Call is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The first time you use On Call, you’ll be asked to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will be used to identify you each time you use On Call. To do this, you will need to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number as a temporary PIN to access your account. When replacing this temporary PIN with the PIN of your choice, choose a number that’s easy to remember, and do not give it to anyone. Your personal PIN provides you with exclusive access to your accounts when using On Call.
