The mission of the Bank is to provide a traditional range of community bank products and services to meet the depository and credit needs of individual consumers, small and medium-sized businesses and professionals in the local market area. As a community bank, there will be a strong focus on service that is highly personalized, efficient and responsive to local needs.
The pursuit of this mission will be guided by a management team with extensive banking experience, whose goal is to serve the financial needs of the Bank’s clients and provide a profitable return to its investors, consistent with safe and sound banking practices.
The Bank will focus on establishing and retaining customer relationships by offering competitively‑priced deposit and loan products, delivered in a friendly, accessible, and responsive manner. The Bank’s recognition of and commitment to the needs of the local community, combined with highly personalized customer service, will differentiate the Bank from the competition. Business development goals will be achieved through the efforts of the directors and management who will be responsible for assuring that the needs of the community are being met. The directors will play an active and key role as ambassadors for the Bank.
